My six year old has mild cerebral palsy and was v nervous about her hearing tests and first time at QA. It was v busy at the dept but after being told the wait was not long we were called after a short story of about ten minutes! Martha was put to ease immediately, things were well explained and she coped v well. I was told what was happening and we also saw the Consultant v quickly maybe five mins after. He was extremely nice and explained thoroughly the findings and what he found also. He was kind to my daughter and she was happy at all times. We came away v impressed with the staff the hospital with it's directions the cleanliness of the toilets we had used and the people we encountered. Within two working days we has received her follow up appointment and I was most impressed. I would definitely recommend QA to anyone. In fact I myself am now waiting to see someone in Neurology now. :0)
