"Wasted my time"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

Waited 12 weeks for an appointment, only to have it cancelled two hours before, without reason, or another appointment time. Wrote a complaint which was answered, when I replied to the email covering the questions he asked, never heard anything! This hospital failed me at the first hurdle, what s joke, this hospital is an advertisement for privatisation. Just found out I have another appointment booked a month later at a different hospital! Shame on you
