I took ill on Sunday night with chest pains and was struggling to breathe. My husband insisted on calling 111 to get advice, they insisted on calling the paramedics. A very nice paramedic arrived quickly and conducted an assessment and strongly suggested a visit to the A&E where I would be given the all clear or admitted. So far so good, I arrived, was greeted by a nice nurse, I was then put into a cubicle and tests were conducted and then the doctor arrived. All members of the hospital team treated me as an individual and they all appeared to care about my condition. The porters, cleaning staff and nurses as well as doctors were just great. Thank you for looking after me, it was my first visit.
"Thank you for looking after me"
