"Not a very good experience"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Not a very good experience. From receiving letter dated in July stating appointment would be 6 weeks.

Started phoning from August. Nothing explained then finally TRAQS sent a letter to doctor but it was lost.

It still took until December to confirm an appointment. Not good!
