"Wonderful Treatment"

I unfortunately fell recently and had to attend Penzance Urgent Care unit on a Sunday evening as I had broken my ankle. I cannot fault the care that I received. The staff were all caring, friendly, helpful and reassuring. They explained everything fully to me so that I knew what was happening at all stages of my treatment. I was obviously very nervous and in pain but they made me feel totally confident in their ability and showed concern for me at all times. Thank you to you all.
