"Out-Patient Procedure"

I chose CircleBath as my preference when I did Choose & Book as the hospital is fairly near to where I live. I came in to have an out patient procedure (a flexi sigmoidoscopy) on 17 January 2014. I was treated with respect & dignity by all staff from the receptionist, nursing staff and by my consultant & his team. I was well looked after throughout each process before and after my procedure.Everyone put me at my ease and gave me reassurance and my wife was also looked after while she waited for me to get back to the ward. I was even given lunch afterwards! I found the hospital to be very clean, the environment was comfortable, the building very modern and I especially liked the fact that I did not have to pay for parking. I would definately recommend this hospital.
