My daughter had her appointment cancelled at short notice and is having to wait an extra month for her treatment for chronic pain because a key person has gone on holiday. This is ridiculous! Why is there no-one else available? This clinic deals with people suffering chronic pain for goodness sake! In no other situations would this be possible.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about this. A consultant did indeed leave but we have covered the gap with locum staff and are at operating at our full establishment. Thank you Sarah Mainprize
