"Endoscopy Department"

This was a difficult procedure which I was very apprehensive about but I was made to feel at ease from the moment I entered the department. I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout and felt that the staff were warm and empathetic; this made the whole experience much less traumatic. It was a relief to be talked through the results there and then instead of a long wait and I felt that the whole department was well thought out and expertly run. Thank you for your kindness.
