Just visited relative after heart operation - fabulous treatment but please sort out car parking machine - not able to take notes- all change machines out of order- had to trek to Smiths to make purchase to get change Also no one on information desk to ask which ward relative was on- may be because it was Sunday

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on the NHS Choices website. Sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your comment. I am glad to hear that your relative received good treatment and am sorry that the car parking machines were out of order on the day you visited. We now have new machines in place which are regularly serviced so hopefully this will not be a problem again. We rely on volunteers to man the information desk and unfortunately, we are not always able to provide someone on the information desk at weekends. Kind regards Patient Experience Manager
