I was recently a patient on the Elderly Person's ward at the Queen's Medical Centre. At night, I found the chatter and conversation (not about hospital matters) between the night staff very distressing. It kept me awake and the subject matter discussed was inappropriate.
The hospital food was very good.
There was no means of washing my feet.
"Good food but inconsiderate night staff at QMC"
