I came in with my sister with severe headaches. I was seen within 10 minutes by the Triage nurse then within 30 minutes I was taken through for assessment by a very welcoming and friendly SHO. The SHO was very thorough and courteous throughout his assessment and explained everything to me. The Staff Nurse introduced herself to us and made sure I was looked after fantastcially. Offering cups of tea and sandwiches and kept me informed of decisions. They are brilliant examples of what NHS staff should all be. IT doesn't cost anything extra! The whole experience from friendly receptionists to being discharged was quick and very pleasant. Thank you for making what is fairly stressful as stressfree as possible.
