"my partner came in for surgery ..."

What I liked

my partner came in for surgery on ward M1 at clatterbridge last year. we travelled from the other side of the pennines so that he could have his surgery done by a specialist surgeon. The service received at clatterbridge was a hundred times better than the service we have ever received throughout his many surgeries in our home town. The hospital was realy clean, the staff were really friendly and all spoke english (something of a novelty for us!!!). every one communicaed well with each other and it was obvious that their primary concern was for the patients. All of his meication for him returning home was ready and locked away in his locker three days before he was due to leave. He is coming back soon to the same ward and we know that he is going to be safe, happy and well looked after, making a stressful time for all of us extremely relaxed. looking forward to seeing all of the staff next month.

What could be improved

not a lot that I can think of. As above... so much better than the service we are used to receiving.
