What could be improved

follow up nusring care is at best poor and at worst uncaring.I was fitted with a catheter after my op which became very painfull after a few days I had to beg for this to be removed on a few occaisions before one staff nurse got fed up of me complaining and grudgingly removed it.

Anything else?

When I was released from this ward I was prescribed a six week course of injections to prevent clotting. I was issued with a six day supply and told to go to my gp,my gp was unable to prescibe the drug so my wife had to make a forty five mile round trip to sheffield to pick the drugs up leaving me at home unable to walk or attend for myself in any way.
