I was approached to meet with a 'difficult patient', in fact I met a person who really needed help to get through an incredibly scary experience, I found it very rewarding to help achieve something she could cope with.
I pledge to try to help other staff view ' difficult situations' as a challenge with positive aspects for all involved.
