"The nurse put me at ease"

I was referred by my GP for an eye consultation and was quickly contacted by TRAQS to arrange a suitable appointment time and hospital. I chose to be seen at PRH, Telford, as it is nearer to home than travelling to Stafford to be seen earlier.

My appointment was in the gynaecology clinic at PRH in January. I was seen very quickly and treated well by the clinic nurse and Mr Foon. The nurse put me at ease and made an unpleasant examination nothing to worry or be embarrassed about.

I would like to thank her for her kindness. I was then referred on to have urodynamic studies in the x-ray department at PRH.

I attended for this test in mid-January. I was seen promptly and cared for by a caring group of people in the department. They explained the whole procedure throughout the test and I was treated at all times with dignity and respect.
