"Staff were highly professional but with a reassuringly friendly manner"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

From seeing my GP (Dr Bandak) to my hospital visit was just 13 days, which was a very good, quick service.

At the hospital the consultant nurse in cardio-respiratory department and the nurses/technical personnel doing the ECG/treadmill test were highly professional but with a reassuringly friendly manner. I thank them all.

Whereas I do no look forward to an angiogram, being performed soon, I am sure I shall be in the best possible hands at the PRH cardio department.
