My waiting time was from approximately November to mid-January for physiotherapy, which I think in the present climate is good.

I was asked to phone Newport, spoke to a very pleasant receptionist and was seen the next day. On arrival receptionist was pleasant and was seen by Martin promptly at time of appointment.

His interview was very pleasant, understanding and thorough. He went carefully over his recommendations and assisted me as necessary.

He recommended a series of exercises, showed me how to carry them out and I had a practice run. He also supplied me with crutches.

I really have no complaints at all about the timing, help and assistance I have received from kind and exceptionally pleasant staff.
