What I liked
The nurses were always ready to help. Surprising as some of the patients were giving serious abuse albeit they were old with dementia or altziemers. The nurses still cared for them.
What could be improved
I should of stayed and not asked to go private as now i have been waiting at home for more than 24hrs for urologist to phone with appointment to go to london.
