About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

I have been trying to get in touch with the cardiology department for 30 minutes, all I get is a recorded message to say we are unable to take your call and giving the opening times . It does not matter how I try either direct or through the operator who says would you like to hold on, the phone rings then reverts to the same stupid message and then cuts you off. The telephone service is disgusting

Hello there, Sorry to hear you have experienced some difficulties with our phone system and in getting in touch with the cardiology team. We'd like to look into this in more detail to see if we can improve this but in order to do this we'd need to take a few more details.
