What I liked

the person was my mum they left her with the runs for days she got CDT she got so weak she had to be tube fed when the tube came out she was left without fluid for 2 days and food for 4 days they let her bottom get that sore she was screaming in pain then gave her drugs to shut her up she was a mess by the time she died and thats not all of it ttey treat old people worse than animals

What could be improved

getting nurses who care and want to work and not just in it for the money

Anything else?

i felt they didnt give dam that my mum died cos she was old
