"Out of hours service"

About: Poole General Hospital

We attended an out of hours service on Feb 15th early evening and we were absolutely impressed and delighted with the quick efficient service that we received from the initial phone call at 6.00 to NHS direct to getting an appointment 30 minutes later at the hospital - my father was promptly seen and assessed and the treatment given prevented him from becoming more unwell- i cannot recommend this service highly enough Receptionists were very welcoming and medical treatment very caring professional and effective thank you so very much Lynne
