About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

Went to the doctors with back ache. Doctor said I required physio, so will make an appointment.

I had a phone call the next day to say attend physio session the following day.

I was impressed with the service and treatment received.

So well done to all people concerned.
