About: Russells Hall Hospital Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

Arrived early. Booking in was easy and professional.

Although nervous, each procedure was explained carefully and I was put at ease.

The whole process was very well executed. The staff were pleasant and cheerful.

All credit to Russell Hall.
