What I liked

All the staff were courteous, friendly and professional at all times, I was treated as an individual even though the endoscopy suite was busy. The receptionist was very welcoming and organised with my notes all ready, I only waited a short time before I was admitted.

What could be improved

Nothing that I could think of, I am a nurse working in the private sector and I am very impressed with the standards of care, it is a very well run unit.

Anything else?

I would just like to say thank you to everyone involved for making my experience one that I would not be afraid to repeat if necessary. (hopefully not)
