"No communication"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

After my 22 month old daughter was taken in by ambulance, from our surgery with breathing diffculties I was left feeling very dissatisfied ,first they could not find her on the system. I think it was around 11.30ish ,my daughter had her obs done, then we waited and waited, no communication to tell us what was going on, after a couple of hrs they gave my daughter an inhaler, in a waiting room chair, and said they would be back and we waited,by 3.45 I had enough and complained if someone was going to see my daughter and tell what was going on. I respect they are very busy but I was the first person there and we where last to leave, everyone else seemed to be seen before us, by 4'oclock that was it , I asked to leave. I'm still none the wiser. I was told buy her some squash and given inhaler, for this service my partner and I both lost a days wages and to top it all £8 parking.(shocking) I don't mind waiting please someone tell me what's going on. I must say the ambulance service where amazing..
