"Very happy with my stay at jessop wing"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

I recently gave birth to my second son at the jessop wing on the 28th off January 2014.From 13 weeks I was told I had to have c section I was treat with dignity and had full control off weather I wanted to go threw with it I went in December to pick my date. I had a little boy on the 28th the consultant was great and I wouldn't have picked another consultant. The care in the recover room and on the world was great I came home the next day with pain relief blood thinning injections and iron tablets plus antibiotics. The staff was lovley and couldn't do enough for me and my little boy the care off the team in theater where great keep up the good work !! One note I would point out is the meals are vile but the cafe down stairs is great. Also the midwifes was rushed off there feet changing baby's nappies for the mother it's not an illness and i managed to do it after 8 hours after surgery midwifes need to be abit tougher with them had it is there baby. But overall the care was great keep up the good work !!

Dear Leanne123 Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on the birth of your son and Jessop Hospital. It is always nice for staff to know that there hard work is appreciated and I will pass this on to them. Thank you again
