"so many problems"

I've been to the JR many times. Our first child was premature by 8 weeks. We were told to go to the gold star ward when we got pregnant again. One Saturday, my wife was bleeding. we went to the ward and sat around for ages. Then someone grudgingly gave my wife an ultrasound. We were told we'd lost the baby and "if it happens again, don't bother coming in, go to your GP." This was a few years ago now, but my cousin had exactly the same experience last week. And same attitude. I'm really sorry we lost a child on the weekend and this was inconvenient to you. When will you realise, to us, when pregnant it is a life then and there. You should be as sympathetic as if we'd lost a child of three. We were so devastated that we did nothing on complaints. Horrible, selfish people. I had problems in other departments too. My mother was actually shouted at by a doctor for wanting him to direct some conversation on her case to her instead of the heard of learners following like sheep. This is a major problem throughout the hospital. Always say no to allowing a trainee in your meeting, as everything in your assessment will be for that trainee and you are totally excluded from everything until a brief minute or so where they tell you your issue. If you go to the liver department, get dropped off. On Liver clinic days, car parks are full, cars trailing back to the main road. Why? They overbook people for the clinic, regularly see them two hours late, always turn up late from rounds, so the first appointment of the day is already 45 mins behind. I've been openly lied to by the neurology department. Told to come of pain medications (again - I'd already been told to do this a couple of years before and for two months, it was established then that it was medicine dependence or anything). The consultant I saw this time sais research was now that you needed three months. I saw another consultant a month later and asked what new research had proved this, and he said there was no new research saying this. I had to ask four times to see the person I was sent to the clinic to see and got nowhere on this until I made an official complaint. Then two meetings later I was discharged, promised to be sent to a clinic in the Churchill hospital, and nothing has been arranged. I'm now back where I was taking exactly the same medication as before I went, and just had a fun three months where my head was so bad I wanted to kill myself. I went to a local dentist who discovered I have an illness where I react slowly to anything trying to numb me. I forget the name of the condition, but there is one. Despite this and telling people, I've had teeth extrations started and a liver biopsy done, despite me telling the people doing the procedures that I am not numb. They have no time to wait for you and so go in regardless. I have numerous other examples but running out of space. This hospital is rife with not caring about its patients from the admin to consultants.
