"My treatment since 1972!"

I have been referred to this Hospital many times over the years, mainly due to difficult extractions being required, but not since the mid 1990's. So at long last please can I record my total satisfaction on all counts from the staff involved over all the the years, latterly Jade and her consultant on the 26thFeb. 2014, for courteous help and professional efficiency. Thank you everybody. (I would ask that the whereabouts of the first floor reception desk could be clearly displayed/ signposted when entering the room in which it is situated - I walked past it as it is behind and to the left of walking in to the seating area of the room. I consequently went in through the door which displayed the name of that I was looking for. This turned out to be the actual Clinic and I should have reported to reception first - not my fault and I reckon others will continue to do this unless some sign is prominently displayed. It did cause some embarrassment to me.) I have no experience of the same sex accommodation you wish to be categorized above.
