"my appointment disaster"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

I had an appointment today at 9.0 o,clock am,l live 38 miles away and had to leave at 7.15 to get there on time because of traffic problems. My appointment was with the doctor area 5 medical ops, B floor Brotherton wing,Leeds General Infirmary I arrived at 8.30 got booked in at 8.45 I was the second person to book in.. another person was there on the same appoint time as me. The doctor did not arrive till 9.30 3people saw a registrar and then saw the doctor, all who arrived after me, apparantly the registrars talk to the patient and then call the Dr in and discuss the problem. I was called up at 10.10 to see the registrar, I refused to see her has my appointment was with a specialist and she would not be in a position to sort out my problem.10minutes later I was told the Dr had my notes and i would be next. He came out of is surgery and went straight into the registrars office to see someone else.I was so disgusted I worked out,I will not be treated like this having travelled all the way to Leeds
