"Excellent care/treatment"

I attended this morning to Dermatology clinic, it was my first visit to the new hospital. So easy to park, and FREE parking as a bonus. The environment appeared to be spotlessly clean, plenty of seating, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was in for my appointment 10 mins before my time, and the Doctor made me feel at ease and not rushed. She explained in language that I could understand what my options were re treatment. The nurses who carried out a minor procedure on my face were also lovely and explained what was going to happen, and the procedure was carried out quickly and efficiently. 2 minor things that I feel need addressing - firstly, larger signs for 'Waiting Area 2' and also in the toilets a sign saying that the taps are automatic - I spent a few minutes trying to turn them on, and a member of staff who was in there had to show me how they worked. The sensor was behind the tap and at my height (5ft 2") it was out of sight!
