"Ambulance call out last week"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

It was very early in the morning when the ambulance attended whilst I was on holiday at Oakdene holiday park Nr Ringwood. I had severe pain from rotator cuff tendinitis and was hyperventilating when they arrived. The crew were absolutely fantastic at calming me down and explaining everything to me and were very supportive of my elderly parents who were staying with me and my young children. Without their help I don't know what I would have done. I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the three ambulance staff who attended and also the nurse practitioner who also came to prescribe stronger pain relief to help control my condition. Thank you.
