A student at my school was not breathing and we had to call an ambulance.
The woman on the end of the phone was brilliant, keeping me calm and ensuring that I, in turn was able to advise my colleague who was performing the CPR.
Through her amazingly calm and helpful assistance the student in question was kept alive long enough for the ambulance to arrive and take over. My gratitude can not really be expressed.
