We need a piece of paper in order to register a death , so we ring the line and get a message ' we will ring you back ' / They don't , It's getting serious now but they still don't ring back . Why can't we talk to these people ?

Dear Patient, We are very sorry to hear about your experience and for the distress caused. If you would like the opportunity to discuss your experience with us, please contact our Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) so they can look into your situation in more detail.
