I was a patient on Simpson 1 at the Nottingham City hospital for treatment to my shoulder. I was pleased to be given good explanations as to what was happening with regards to the procedure of my treatment.
The cleanliness of the ward could have been better - there was litter on the floor and the toilet was not always as clean as it should have been.
