"Poor initial experience & impression of Darlington..."

About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

Staff member decided her coffee was more important than the three patients waiting to let her know we were here for appointments and when we were dealt with made to feel like an inconvenience as was summoned to the desk with a hand gesture similar what could be described as a common rude request for a waiter - Appointment card was handed over without a word of acknowledgement, or even eye contact.
