The staff in general where excellent, however the responce time when I press the button for help was really bad, they took a long time to respond. their was not even an acknowlegement that they where aware.that assistant was needed,( I think this could be due to lack of staff and over worked.) At one stage their was conflicting information between doctors, regarding if i could eat or not but not telling me directly.
