About: Cannock Chase Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was recalled to your breast screening department from Cannock hospital. I was extremely worried and frightened during my time in the department. I would just like to say how fantastic, reassuring and supportive everyone was.

There were two radiographers ( I think one was in training) that were with me and they were so lovely, I couldn't have wished for better. The doctor made sure that I understood what she could see on the mammogram and the ultrasound. Fortunately my results were nothing to worry about and I came away feeling very positive and obviously relieved.
