About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

When I went to the doctors with my illness, I found Dr Stratton to be very detailed in my examination and took it very seriously.

It felt good to have someone listening without me feeling I was wasting their time.

However, it is clear from your comments that TRAQS was not involved with your appointment or any subsequent diagnosis made by your GP. You may wish to contact your GP Practice to express your satisfaction with the service provided locally.
