(as a relative),

I wanted to thank Joel and Rob who came to my husband’s aid. My GP called for an ambulance as my husband was so unwell.

Joel and Rob were most kind and thoughtful. They took my husband to the Cheltenham Hospital where he passed away.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at what must be a very difficult time for you. I am very sorry for your loss.

It is always rewarding to hear that our staff are continuing to provide excellent care and support when we are needed most.
