I was given a very detailed account, pros/cons of the above operation. Pre-operation appointment was helpful and gave a sense of confidence. The operation was done quickly and efficiently with friendly, reassuring staff.
Follow up appointments were helpful, with clear instruction about exercises and the offer of help if there were any complications.
The whole experience was very positive.
I do not believe any improvements are required as my experience was so positive.
