"An incredibly well organized service"

(as a service user),

I just wanted to let you know what an excellent service DART provide.

I went for a chest x-ray early last week and had an appointment with my GP on Friday. After he had gone through the x-ray results he gave me a number for DART and said I should give them a call after 3 days.

I phoned them yesterday, Monday, and had a letter from them today confirming the date and time of my next appointment at the hospital.

It is brilliant! An incredibly well organized service.
