My name is John Querzani and I recently attended a Cardiac Outpatients appointment at The Great Western Hospital Swindon and wish,through your email address, to relate my thoughts and experience. I had been waiting some weeks for a meeting with a cardiac consultant to get results of some extensive tests and was pleasantly surprised to have my appointment brought forward by three weeks. My experience was outstanding. In a very busy department I was seen promptly and with courtesy and consideration. I would set any patient waiting an appointment at this department's mind at rest. You will be well looked after. Sadly one normally reads negative reports in the press when the NHS is written about. I, however, would like to record my grateful thanks for not only bringing my appointment forward by some 3 weeks - which cleared my fears and doubts early- and for the way I was treated. Thank you again
