"Hello Is Anybody there"

Been trying since Thursday 20th Feb to try and contact Mr Robsons secretary at Whitehaven to get results of CT Scan, One minute phone engaged next just rings and rings and rings and rings, Mr Rosons secratery at Carlisle sent her email on 20th to contact me but still no contact. Phoned today 25th to speak to someone to make complaint but again all that happens is you are put through and again phone just rings and rings and rings and rings. HELLO IS ANYBODY THERE
