"Day Care Unit"

Yesterday, 24-2-14 I was admitted into the Day Care Unit. May I thank everyone for the first class treatment I received. From the receptionist with the big smile who greeted me when I walked in (no mean feat at 7-15am on a Monday Morning) and to all the Doctors and Nurses. Special thanks to the young lady whos name I did`nt get but who brought another patient and myself blankets to keep us warm while we waited to go down to theatre. Thank you everyone -,Five Stars to you all -
