On arrival at reception, and the ringing of a little "lady bell", a pleasant receptionist directed me to the department directly opposite. A physio receptionist gave me forms to fill in and within 10 minutes I was being seen and examined thoroughly by very proficient physiotherapist. Within the 30 min consultancy I was appropriately diagnosed and given a range of exercises and a follow up appointment. Having considerable experience of health delivery design I can only say that the Helston Cottage hospital physio service ranks comparably with leading London hospitals, both In the private and public sector. The biggest difference being that the physio staff here have time to treat you like a human being. Well done!
