(as a parent/guardian),

I rang Cleckheaton healt visitor team and spoke to someone called Pauline, she could tell I was tired and really down as my 2 year old daughter had been in bed with me and my partner for 9 months and just would not sleep. I was exhausted and emotional. Pauline gave me excellent advice and at first I was reluctant as I felt bad leaving my daughter to cry. I did it and for the first 2 night I went in once after 10 minutes, since then im now 7 nights in and don't have to go in once, she sleeps solid from 7. 30pm until 7am, I cant thank Pauline enough, I feel amazing and the whole family are so much better.

Before we were all so exhausted and didn't have the energy to even go to the park or any outings. I rang Pauline today to thank her and she could tell from my voice I sounded like a different person, she informed me about this site and about how to leave a comment, good or bad.

I felt I really wanted to as she had helped me so much. Thank you Pauline xx

Thank you very much for taking the time to write in with your praise which has been passed on to Pauline and her manager.

I am glad that the advice worked well for you and well done to you for sticking with it and making it work. Having very little sleep is terrible and makes it hard to think of solutions.
