Brand new hospital with the latest technology, but there's something missing. The Royal London was once a great hospital which cared for the sick with complete impartiality and dedication, alas this is no longer so. A large number of people employed there lack the necessary qualities paramount in dealing with sick patients and should be employed elsewhere. Chaos reigns throughout. Extremely unwell patients are expected to hang around for hours and be subjected to a system that is floundering and no-one seems to care!
