I cannot understand why there is a wait of over 2 hours (and counting) for a planned outpatient appointment? No explanation by staff - and the electronic status board for appts (which had previously been installed at the request of parents) has been switched off and I've never seen working. Our child has been told off for going out of the waiting room by staff who must think it acceptable for families to be couped up in a miserable waiting room.
