"It’s only been a week and already I am beginning to feel slight relief"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I have suffered with painful feet for over 12 months. I had no help from my local GP. I was told only to rest, difficult to do when you have to work!

I resorted to going to a private orthotic person who charged me a great deal of money and only succeeded in worsening the problem.

Thankfully after making a fuss I was referred to Rebecca Shepherd who gave me a detailed explanation and thorough examination.

It’s only been a week since I visited her and already I am beginning to feel slight relief. She gave me exercise sheets to follow and she gave me a timetable.
