"Excellent care on Ward 8 and Gynie outpatients"

About: Birmingham Women's Hospital

Admitted on December 2013 for TAH and Bilateral Salpingo-Oopharectomy for Endometrial Ca. The ward staff I had contact with where excellent, Staff Nurses and Hca's on the ward treated me with dignity and compassion throughout my stay; sometimes as a health professional staff can be cautious and distance when caring for you (from previous experience). Despite my 5 day stay I did not have the opportunity to meet the Ward Manager to congratulate her on her staff. To be honest all staff I had contact with from USS department, who performed biopsy and my surgeon were excellent members of the Health Service
